Seller reviewMicah listened to our concerns and helped us through the process step by step. Her listings were very visual and truly painted a picture of every selling point about our location. She had several open houses and was sure to point out every detail of our home. The house was sold within 3 months of being listed eventhough others said it was an impossible tine to sell. We had already purchased a new home in Ocala; Florida, so it was crutial that we sell as fast as possible. We are so greatful that we chose Micah Mims to handle one of the most important decisions of our life!

Seller reviewMicah was the consummate professional at all times and very proactive with this property. It was only a vacant lot, but Micah made us feel like it was half million dollar villa. Although I had a problem with the title company (because they were worthless), Micah mitigated the issue and calmed me down. I really cannot understate her patience and professionalism. She was simply awesome on every level.
