We kept it off MLS in the beginning but when a seller fell through we put it on MLS and got 2 good offers within days! We accepted one and the deal closed in 3 weeks. It was very fast and smooth.

Mike was very professional and worked hard on our behalf to make our purchase successful with the amount of money we had. Once we started working with him, I had full confidence that he was going to help us get our dream home. We had a great experience with Mike. He is super friendly and personable and had extensive knowledge of the real estate market and we were the first to know about new listings that were in our price range and preferred neighborhoods. He met us at every open house and made himself available all the time to answer our questions. It was a great experience. I was pleasantly surprised and amazed by how simple the home buying process can be when you're working with a knowledgeable broker!
