He communicated very well and was super timely in his response to any question we had. We interviewed 4 other brokers who wanted to list the house for a lot less. We knew the area and knew they were wrong. We contacted Mike and he sold it for a lot more with a lot less hassle. There were no surprises. I would highly recommend Mike. He is great at his job!
