Seller review

We considered a broker closer to our area but realized it was more important to have someone with the knowledge, expertise and negotiation skills Mike has. Mike's advice through the entire process was so helpful. His negotiations with the buyer's realtor were key to closing the deal. His handling of all of the other pieces and parts to the sale made the experience stress free! Mike is extremely knowledgeable but was very patient with all of our questions. He understood the difficulty of selling our home after 29 years and was kind through the process. We felt we could contact him anytime and receive a timely response. Mike has the combination of knowledge, experience, patience and kindness that not only sold our home, but made the experience an excellent one!
