I had originally attended Columbus State Community College majoring in Early Childhood Development but then was approached a job selling New Homes with Centex. I honestly didn't think that would be for me but after 8 years selling New Homes I truly LOVED it! I then began to receive calls for Realtor referrals and passed out Realtor cards left & right! Then I realized why don't I become a Realtor. I was working with MI Homes at the time and made a very hard decision to leave and get my Real Estate License ASAP! I went to school full-time then took the test! Then I became licensed in 2008. I knew it would NOT be easy but I was determined to be a Top Realtor/Producer. I have a TRUE Passion for what I do and wouldn't change a thing! I have recently been recognized as the NUMBER ONE within the Century 21 region!

During this crazy real estate market, we would not want to work with any other realtor than Nikki Dinardo! Her professionalism, timeliness, knowledge and commitment are the reasons we had great success on the sale of our home! We felt like we were her only clients as her personal attention to our needs were met personally and efficiently! It is very evident that Nikki is dedicated to her profession and clients which was greatly appreciated throughout our selling (and buying) process!

Nikki was absolutely amazing through the whole home selling process. She let us know ahead of time how the process would work and the schedule of when pictures showings ect. would happen. She kept us informed every step of the way and made the home selling process stress free. She will be highly recommend by myself and my wife to anyone looking to buy or sell anywhere in Columbus. Nikki went above and beyond to support us after I was laid-off from my Columbus employer. We were living in Atlanta and she helped with both the sales and personal issues on the property. She also helped us with fees/commissions since the property took a while to sell and had just been purchased 20 months earlier. A true asset to your business. Make sure you treat her well and hang on to her for a long time. We could not have made this sale without her!
