The results were about 75 showings of the home in addition to untold numbers at open houses. Are you sitting down? We received 33 offers. That's a stack of papers 3 inches high. Get a ruler and look! Things did not taper off after the sale of our home. She helped us find a condo and avoid having to rent pending finding our new home. Completely satisfied. We have business cards and will eagerly recommend her and refer her as we hear of family, fiends, ANYONE needing a Realtor.

Nikki took great care of us. She understood our needs, moved quickly to find us multiple houses within our desired areas/price range/style, and got us un within a matter of hours. She is a great advocate during negotiations, and always worked to understand our needs without pressuring us. Fantastic across the board!
