I had originally attended Columbus State Community College majoring in Early Childhood Development but then was approached a job selling New Homes with Centex. I honestly didn't think that would be for me but after 8 years selling New Homes I truly LOVED it! I then began to receive calls for Realtor referrals and passed out Realtor cards left & right! Then I realized why don't I become a Realtor. I was working with MI Homes at the time and made a very hard decision to leave and get my Real Estate License ASAP! I went to school full-time then took the test! Then I became licensed in 2008. I knew it would NOT be easy but I was determined to be a Top Realtor/Producer. I have a TRUE Passion for what I do and wouldn't change a thing! I have recently been recognized as the NUMBER ONE within the Century 21 region!

Seller reviewNikki went above and beyond to support us after I was laid-off from my Columbus employer. We were living in Atlanta and she helped with both the sales and personal issues on the property. She also helped us with fees/commissions since the property took a while to sell and had just been purchased 20 months earlier. A true asset to your business. Make sure you treat her well and hang on to her for a long time. We could not have made this sale without her!

It was so important to us that we felt comfortable and could trust the person who would help us find our home together. I was fully expecting that in this current market, purchasing a home would be a rocky road with lots of adversity. It was exactly the opposite. Because of Nikki's commitment to us, this was by far the most seamless experience. Looking back, the experience was so fun, full of laughter and smiles, and I will always remember purchasing my first home as an amazing journey. It made finding this home even more perfect. She helped us to find a place that had everything we want and more. We understand what her job must be like right now, but for us, she made it seem effortless. No regrets at all. We not only have our dream home, but we feel we have made a friend for life in Nikki. We only hope we can stay connected with Nikki in the future, as her personality and values align so closely to ours. We truly value her as family.

Seller reviewNikki was very knowledgeable and informative about the housing market today, and she was very pleasant to work with. She makes her job look very easy and you can tell she loves her job. It was a pleasure working with Nikki. Anyone who asks my opinion, I will definitely refer them to her. The house sold the first day on the market. There were multiple showings the first day. The offer was more than we asked for, and there was a backup buyer, as well. We were very pleased. She was wonderful. Everything went very smoothly. We couldn't be happier. I loved the advertising, the drone video shown as well as the pictures. The photographer was excellent. The overall experience was excellent.
