We have been working with Pam for over a year on strictly investment opportunities. in the month of April we sold one property and purchased two utilizing Pam as our agent. She is always responsive, helpful and really goes above and beyond. She really cares about her clients and strives to give her best always. We have been working with Pam on various projects (both commercial and residential) for well over a year now. I don't know if I can truly express how happy we are with her. Talk about going completely above and beyond... And I quickly came to discover this was her 'norm' - Pam is absolutely amazing with customer service. Start to finish (as both a buyer and a seller) - Pam kept us informed every step of the way and I always felt like she was being 100% honest with us and giving us all viewpoints to consider when making decisions. With the house we sold, she didn't just throw a For Sale sign in the yard, put it on the internet and sit back... she kept hustling and working her network of contacts. Pam kept in contact with us throughout the process and was always tossing out idea's she had for reaching new potential buyers. In a world where customer service is sadly lacking, Pam is a refreshing change to that trend. I wholeheartedly recommend anyone needing to buy or sell to reach out and give Pam Mackinder a chance to earn your business.
