Our experience with C21 Sakamar was GREAT! Our agent Phil Cini is very knowledgeable and extremely passionate about his commitment to his customers. We chose to put our home on the market in December. For obvious reasons December is one of the most difficult months for home sales. Phil was vey professional in all facets of the experience. He took the time to do a proper evaluation of our home, reviewing local comps, going over all the important documents, and taking professional photographs to include in the home listing. We listed our home in early December and before the month was over our home was SOLD. My wife and I were extremely happy. I could not have been happier with Phil Cini as my real estate agent. With a previous agent I had been unable to sell my home for months. I got in touch with Phil, and was ecstatic to learn that he already had an extremely detailed plan to sell my home and was prepared down to the last detail. The specs sheet he had available when showing the house was an amazing touch that I had never seen before. I really appreciated Phil's enthusiasm. Phil had a buyer for my home after ONE day, during a time of year that is typically slow. Within 2 months I had closed on my home for an INCREDIBLE price, more than I had expected to sell it for. I live out of state and Phil was able to handle everything for me remotely, stress and worry-free. Even after having a contingent buyer Phil did not rest and held open houses, found other potential buyers, and continued showing my house. One of the most impressive aspects about Phil was his communication. I never had to wonder what was going on with my home because Phil contacted me so often, and was immediately available whenever I contacted him (even on weekends).
