Seller reviewI had done a lot of demolition to my home with the knowledge that I would have monies owed to me. The money never was realized, so I lived in my home for some time in disrepair. I had sort of gotten used to it. When Phil came over I could see in his eyes how my house looked. He apologized first, but he gave me a fair appraisal and told me what I could do and how that would change the appraisal. His honesty was spot on, and I had offers over my asking price.
