Rip invested a lot of time with us and during that time he would make us feel like we where working with a friend. There where times when we would deviate from the agenda and Rip would shift gears on pace with our demands and get his team working on it to and made them happen when possible. Genuinely a great guy focused on family and your needs that extend further than a house. His questions were more along the lines of what kind of community are you looking for? Give me your list, and I will help you find the house. A TOP NOTCH agent in a world of commission-focused agents. I guess if that's what you're looking for Rip is not you guy!
