Buyer reviewEven though Rip is relatively new to the field, he's passionate about helping people find and secure the home of their dreams in this competitive and fast paced market. He's at the top of his game!! Whats not to love about this guy? Did I mention he's just an all around awesome person!!! Rip Pruitt is the all around best man for the job!! You won't be disappointed!!! There were 10 offers on the table for the home I had my heart set on. Rip acted quickly and drew up a contract immediately and made a short video of me expressing my love for the house to the sellers. Thanks largely to Rip's efforts and maybe some luck, he made me the proud owner!!!

He is extremely professional, timely, considerate, knowledgeable, courteous, and fun to be around. He kept us informed every step of the way and never called us with a problem without being prepared with multiple solutions. We recommend Rip to everyone we know. Our biggest disappointment is that we couldn't bring Rip with us out of state. He is an amazing Realtor and friend.
