Buyer reviewRon was amazing! We contacted Ron through the recommendation of a mutual friend. We are relocating to the DMV from out of state and Ron immediately went above and beyond. We were able to set up a virtual video call and let Ron know exactly what we were looking for, he listened and started pushing possibilities our way (actual homes we were interested in, not just homes he hoped that we liked). After that we were able to set up a time to head to the DMV where Ron met us at our hotel and had everything set up to be able to view 9 homes in the first day. We fortunately were able to find a home on day one and Ron helped to guide us through the whole process. When we went back home we were confident in the home we chose and that Ron would communicate everything throughout. Ron was able to guide us through the whole buying process while being hours away and make sure we knew everything that was going on. Through his connection with everyone in the area he was able to set up a virtual closing

He worked hard countless times to get us where we needed to be budget wise and into our perfect dream home! He was leaps and bounds over the experience we had with Veterans United, and we are so glad we made the switch to him! Ron was able to work on the price with us and get us back where we were needing to be as well as being able close 12 days early. His team went into great detail looking over the house for any issues that could arise and didn't miss a thing! Not only is he a fantastic realtor but now a great friend because his business goes far beyond the sell! Incredibly grateful that we found him and will recommend him and his team all day!
