I am proudly born and raised in Western North Carolina, from North Asheville to Mars Hill. I am a second-generation realtor and very comfortable discussing the ever-changing market and trends in different areas of WNC. I have a passion for meeting new clients and helping them accomplish their goals of buying, selling, or leasing real estate. I am grateful for CENTURY 21 Foley Realty, as it is "an oak" of the real estate industry in WNC. I believe in the importance of communication, honesty, integrity, and loyalty.

Buyer reviewRyan Foley was great to work with. I didn't have an easy task since the property I wanted to buy had to be split and new deeds for each parcel had to be made. He found the surveyor and had all the work done. He was usually available for phone calls (even though we had a 3 hour time difference) and if not, he was very prompt in returning my calls. I would recommend him.
