I would seldom give a "10" rating because there is always room for improvement. However, Samantha earned a "10". I am a realestate broker/trainer in Knoxville TN and she did everything right on this sale. Samantha has excellent comunication and negotiating skills. Her follow-up was perfect and focused. Her knowledge of the real estate transaction process was also excellent. We had some issues with the closing attorney and she skillfully helped get through that process. Her knowledge of how to manage the sale from Salisbury electronically without my needing to return from Knoxville took quite a bit of pressure off of me. She was also able to recommend needed services to complete the sale that were competient and reasonable. Everyone performed per my expectations except the title attorney. You are fortunate to have such a great agent!
