Personal Profile
Sandi has lived in Southern Maryland since 1964. She and her husband Bob have been residents of Charles County since 1978. She believes that Southern Maryland has been a wonderful place to grow up and to raise a family! Sandi and Bob have three grown children and six grandchildren. After 15 years of sales and management experience and running her own successful business, Sandi began her real estate career in January 1989. She quickly became one of the top agents in her company. She achieved numerous awards for sales, production and service, including the Quality Service and Quality Service Pinnacle Award, CENTURY 21 Master's Ruby and Master's Emerald Awards, Centurion Award and the President's Award for Centurion Producer and Top Quality Service Award. Sandi has been recognized by the Southern Maryland Association of Realtors for numerous Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond awards over the years as well as being a "Life Member" of the Distinguished Sales Club Hall of Fame for sales and production. Sandi holds her GRI designation (Graduate of the Realtor's Institute), her ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) and her SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) and ePro, as well. Along the way in her 35+ year career in home sales, Sandi has been a Relocation Director, managed a CENTURY 21 Office and she also worked with a local custom home builder in Southern Maryland for eight years, thus increasing her knowledge of land acquisition and development. She was able to work with people through all the different stages of designing/building a home from start to finish. Additionally, she has attended many specialized marketing classes over the years to help achieve results for her sellers and buyers. Sandi has always been a firm believer of giving excellent service to her clients and focusing on their needs. She likes to think of herself and her clients as a "team," looking to achieve the same goal - the sale or purchase of their home (or both)! Sandi really listens to what her clients are saying and what their needs are and diligently pursues meeting those needs. She has always possessed strong negotiation skills to help both buyers and sellers achieve their goals while maintaining a fair, smooth and friendly transaction for both parties involved. Seller reviewSandi Denny was an angel. We had a starter house with a third child on the way, which meant we'd didn't have enough room and we were on a major time crunch. She took the fear out of selling and went above and beyond for us. She told us exactly what we needed to do to sell quickly and priced it perfectly. We are eternally grateful that she was on our team through the entire process. She always had our back, kept me laughing even when I wanted to cry, and was superb at working around every unexpected curveball. We wouldn't have wanted anyone else handling the sale. I will happily recommend her to anyone who needs help buying and/or selling a home/property.

Seller reviewIt's been a long process working with Sandi Denny to get my house sold. I started working with her a year prior to when I actually listed my house. While it took me a long time to get ready Sandi took the time to patiently wait for me. When i was finally ready she helped me find contractors to get my house ready for the sale. Her patience and support during the per-sale process lead to a contract the first day it was listed. While the sale went fast there was some hick-ups during the closing processes on the seller side. She kept me informed of all things moving forward and guided me to using a local title company instead of the buyers out of area title company. This saved me several hundred dollars off closing and helped identify a lot of extra documents I didn't need to sign. Overall very happy with the service I received from Sandi and I recommend her to all my family and friends and I hope to use her in my next home adventures.

Seller reviewWe had listed our home with another agent and we had very little traffic in 6 months. My husband had met Sandi many many years prior and wasn't surprised that she was tops in our area when he did extensive research. He chose Sandi based on her sales record, his past encounter, and her outstanding recommendations. I am thrilled that he did that extra research and we chose Sandi. As I mentioned we had listed with another agent prior to Sandi. Sandi blew that previous effort out of the water!! She had immediate fantastic photos taken of our home, advertised it like crazy, and we had viewings within 36 hours of listing. Sandi would not even present the buying contract until she had personally vetted all of the details, including the financing. We loved that. And we sold for over the asking price. Sandi was and continues to be a force in the real estate market that all could benefit from. Sandi and her fantastic Administrative Assistant were always available when and if we had a question. We were thrilled with the whole process. Sandi is fantastic, and we recommended her to our neighbors who were going to go to market and just found out she sold their home in record time too. I've also just recommended her to a dear friend, who is looking to make her first home purchase. There is not a better agent to assist her through these unknown and scary new buyer adventures.

Seller reviewI believed before that realtors were a dime a dozen. This was our first home we sold....how hard could it be? Well having the right realtor with EXPERIENCE can make or break a deal. Sandi is truly an expert in the field. Her vast knowledge of marketing, negotiating, logistics and most of all trouble shooting is the package deal everyone needs in a realtor. We ran into a snafu and thought it would be over before it started. Sandi came to the rescue and came up with amazing solutions to make the deal work for both parties. She is so genuine and when she tells you something she follows through. She listens to you and adapts to what YOU need. Despite her busy schedule she was there for us every step of the way. Sandi is a top realtor for a reason. I could not recommend anyone better than Sandi Denny!
