After the company we had our prequalification through backed out on us, Shane did a great job of communicating with the seller's and explaining the situation and keeping the deal moving forward. We had a number of offers declined and when we saw our dream house, Shane made it happen. He knew what he was looking for in the house, pointing out different updates, things that may need fixed in the future, and also was very knowledgeable in the market we were looking. He stayed in constant contact with us and let us know what was going on with every offer we submitted. We are so happy with our home and home buying experience with Shane and know for sure when our kids are ready to buy, we will be looking him up!
