Shane Reid's agent profile specifically stated that he was a specialized buyer representative, which in this market seemed critical. He also had some active listings and seemed to service the area. A successful agent with a focus on what I needed was perfect! I called him and he was very responsive. Shane was available as needed in this extremely tight market. He was straight-forward and knowledgeable. The Home Concierge has been extremely helpful, and Shane had made some personal recommendations for a contractor to fix items before the close and for some vendors after. They made me feel comfortable with the quality of the work. Overall the purchase was smooth and fast. Most importantly, it would not have happened if my realtor had not helped us see (and put in offers on) so many houses. He knew when he entered this house that this is what I needed for my family and helped me make decisions to get it quickly. I had worked with 2 other real estate companies in the past for buying and selling homes. Neither company nor agent had helped me so much in executing a smooth transition, and they definitely didn't make me feel like they had my best interest at heart, as Shane did.
