Welcome to Century 21 Signature Realty! I'm Shellee Scherr, a dedicated real estate professional with over three decades of experience. Since 1993, I've been passionately helping clients find their dream homes and make sound investment decisions in the vibrant communities near and in Denver, CO.
In addition to my role as a full-time real estate agent, I am proud to own and manage Century 21 Signature Realty. My commitment to excellence and personalized service has earned our brokerage a reputation for trustworthiness and success.
On a personal note, I have been happily married since 1985 and am a proud grandmother of five beautiful girls and one charming boy. Family is at the heart of everything I do, and my experiences as a grandmother have enriched my understanding of what makes a house a home.
Outside of real estate, I am an avid traveler and an outdoor enthusiast. I love exploring new places, hiking scenic trails, playing pickleball, and swimming. These activities keep me energized and ready to tackle the ever-changing real estate market.
Since the year 2000, I have been a loyal member of a wonderful book club, where I enjoy delving into great stories and sharing insights with friends. This long-term commitment reflects my values of loyalty and devotion, qualities I bring to my professional relationships as well.
