We've worked with Sheree three times and could not recommend her more. She took the time to get to know us, which meant she was able to get the best out of each listing for us. She's knowledgeable, has a large network of resources and was always communicative with us anytime there was activity regarding the purchase / sale and sale of our properties. Sheree klausner is very friendly...knows the areas i was interested in buying property at. Reputable...had an awesome and strong sales record for 2019. Easy to work with and very easy to communicate with quickly. Sheree made the entire process very smooth for a first time homenbuyer as myself. I was very uneducated on many aspects but Sheree was very good at explaining the steps to me and getting me thru the process and making sure we closed on the date we had set months previously. Would highly recommend to any buyers and i would definitely use her as my realtor in future! She was one the top 3 sellers at premierr properties for the year! The proof is in the pudding!

Let me just start by saying when centuries 21 hire Sheree, she were differently right agent for the position. Great choice! Patient she differently has one while I was giving up and again she stepped in and motivated us too be patient something come along, in her friendly soft spoken voice. Thanks Sheree Klausner. We dealt with 2 others broker lets just say everything about them was a nightmare from elm street. They were from some small mortgage company wasn't perfectional in any way. getting back too Sheree Klausner. She did an amazing job. Overall experience with Sheree Klausner were very different compared to other realtor we dealt with she always have a smile on her face never one time my husband and I experience a attitude from her.

I had a prolonged and difficult journey to buy my first home; the first two homes I looked at fell through (because of the appraisal and the seller), and the third almost did at the last moment, again, because of a matter on the seller's end. Sheree helped keep my spirits up, and she fought for me every step of the way. Even after we had to start all over not once, but twice, she showed up to open houses with me and gave me her honest feedback about homes based on what I had told her I needed. She was excellent to work with, and really put my needs and wants first while at the same time reminding me to keep my expectations realistic and emotions in check when negotiations became heated and tension ensued. She is a great realtor.

We talked to Sheree before we left Ohio for a month trip to Fl. While on vacation, we decided to go ahead and list! She sold our house in one weekend! Sheree was so patient with us as we called and communicated through phone and email. We even got familiar with Dotloop! And now we just moved into our new home in Punta Gorda! Thanks Sheree! We highly recommend her!
