Seller reviewThe property in question had 5 listed owners (inheritance estate) and we interviewed several brokers. WE chose Sheree Klausner for several reasons over the other brokers that we interviewed because of her unique approach to our special problems. Sheree quickly assessed our needs and on the spot came up with an understandable and satisfactory plan for the sales of the property. Sheree's excellent knowledge of the area and value of the property allowed us to affirm her as our desired agent. We were very happy that the house sold within a record number of days. The closing followed without any problems and we were very satisfied. Sheree's professionalism and friendliness are a true indicator of her success.

We encountered some seller and seller agent issues that were unusual and frustrating, and Sheree was a strong advocate for my rights as a buyer, and in taking the brunt of the frustration in dealing with them. She did an incredible job in helping me position myself as a strong buyer, and her knowledge, confidence and expertise are unsurpassed. Would strongly recommend Sheree, and Century 21 to anyone shopping for a property.

Buyer reviewSheree was excellent in her communication. We were able to do a virtual walk through. She had all the recommendations for inspectors, title company, property manager and even key lock pros to change our locks out. We used all of her recommendations and were really happy with all of them. She's a tough negotiator and went back to the seller after our inspection and had them knock the price down another $10K! Loved her availability! She always answered her phone or called me back immediately. Her email follow up to everyone, title, seller's agent etc was excellent. I've worked with a lot of agents in the past and Sheree pays attention to the details to make sure my transaction went as smooth as possible.
