We encountered some seller and seller agent issues that were unusual and frustrating, and Sheree was a strong advocate for my rights as a buyer, and in taking the brunt of the frustration in dealing with them. She did an incredible job in helping me position myself as a strong buyer, and her knowledge, confidence and expertise are unsurpassed. Would strongly recommend Sheree, and Century 21 to anyone shopping for a property.

Buyer reviewSheree was excellent in her communication. We were able to do a virtual walk through. She had all the recommendations for inspectors, title company, property manager and even key lock pros to change our locks out. We used all of her recommendations and were really happy with all of them. She's a tough negotiator and went back to the seller after our inspection and had them knock the price down another $10K! Loved her availability! She always answered her phone or called me back immediately. Her email follow up to everyone, title, seller's agent etc was excellent. I've worked with a lot of agents in the past and Sheree pays attention to the details to make sure my transaction went as smooth as possible.

She was clear, patient, and knowledgeable in selling my home quickly and easily. She was truly a pleasure to work with, the whole way through I felt as though she understood and represented my interests exactly the way I wanted her to. During our first meeting I showed her the projects I was wrapping up, she provided feedback on what to focus on, how to stage, and which updates to highlight in property description. Her staging photography skills are top-notch, they almost made me not want to sell my home because she did such a beautiful job. During the showing, offer, inspection, and appraisal process she explained everything I should expect to ensure the process was smooth.
