Seller reviewI buy and sell vacant land for a living and decided to buy for the first time in Dunlap. After the purchase I was looking for an agent in the area who knew the space. I searched for a few hours online could tell that Steven was THE rockstar in the region from the sheer amount of sales he's completed as well as his positive reviews. I'm happy that I went with Steven. He was a pleasure to work with - extremely friendly and knowledgeable.. and priced my parcel perfectly! As matter of fact he got me even more than I was expecting. The selling process was seamless. I would absolutely recommend Steven to anyone looking to buy or sell some real estate.
