Suzanne Gwaltney was outstanding in listening very carefully to my needs, and they weren't that simple or fully developed when we first spoke. She was extremely helpful in providing excellent information regarding the pros and cons of living within town limits or just outside. She backed up the information by showing me excellent examples of both types of properties, which was critical in the process of finally choosing to buy within town limits. Her local knowledge of the properties involved was more than impressive and she even had qualitative comments on the contractors and craftsmen involved in the construction of most of them. My situation in selling my home in Delaware got a little complicated resulting in my closing in Delaware being delayed. This obviously affected the purchase in Oriental but Suzanne made a tricky situation seamless and trouble free by negotiating an occupation before settlement deal with the sellers. I thought my situation was going to be a real hassle but Suzanne just arranged everything with a reassuring " don't worry - it happens -you're taken care of". The word, "knowledgeable" doesn't begin to describe Suzanne's knowledge of the market and applying it to your needs. One of Suzanne's new associates, Chris Bensabat, accompanied us on the last tour of four or five properties and his construction experience and knowledge were extremely valuable in choosing the property eventually purchased. We had critical discussions on materials, techniques and developing a budget for completing needed improvements on the property which I bought. This information was extremely valuable in coming up with the purchase offer amount. On top of all of that, he has all the great professional and personal qualities you would expect from Sail Loft Realty. There doesn't seem to be a "wrinkle" that Suzanne can't iron out with grace, charm and professionalism.

Suzanne Gwaltney did an exceptional job for us. We made several trips to the area from out of state and Suzanne was always gracious with our many questions throughout the process of researching the area, looking at homes, providing us information on insurance and other contacts, guiding through the purchasing and closing process. I would highly recommend Suzanne to anyone buying or selling and would utilize her services myself if needed in the future. Suzanne is knowledgeable, professional, kind and personable.
