Seller reviewSuzanne is extremely knowledgeable about the area and market. She actually pushed us to raise our asking price and we had an offer in 6 days! See was very positive about marketing the home and genuinely excited to see the improvements we made to ready the house for market. I would recommend her to anyone who is ready to buy or sell in the Oriental area.

Due to Suzanne Gwaltney's expertise, patience, and knowledge, the move went off without a hitch. From the first initial phone conversation to closing, she was there for us.
