Houses in our area hadn't sold in 5 to 10 years. Our house was sold 36 HOURS after the 'For Sale' sign was posted. Yes - 36 hours! We had a serious problem since the deal required closing in 5 weeks. We needed to find a rental house FAST .. She was able to get us a very good deal in time. It was no easy task. Following that she worked very hard to help us locate and negotiate our final purchase of our next house 30 miles from her home office.
