I went overseas on a business trip during the buying/selling process and Tanya was very helpful coordinating appointments while I was away.

She got advertising going as soon as the house was ready to put on the market and kept us apprised of what was happening. She has completed each transaction quickly and at suggested price level. Tanya Redding communicated clearly what was needed to get the property sold at the best price. Once all the work was done on the property and listed, the property was under contract at her suggested list price in a week. Tanya Redding went beyond the the call of duty to work with the buyer's government program to close on the property. I can't thank Tanya Redding enough for staying on top off the buyer's government program to get them to finally close, as they constantly drag their feet and missed deadlines they themselves set.
