Mireya went above and beyond her role as realtor. She helped us find the perfect investment property for our budget. She was able to negotiate a property that had multiple offers, delivering when all seemed lost. This is the fourth time we've used Mireya, I would definitely use her again. With Mireya we've had many firsts: buying a Dupelx, Triplex, 6plex, and now a Manufactured home/lot. I'm looking forward to our next deal with Mireya Chavarria.
