Buyer reviewVanessa Taylor exceeded our expectations as first time home buyers. We had a lot of questions about the process and Vanessa was patient and thorough in walking us through everything. Most important to me was how quick she was in responding to us. I never felt like she was too busy to deal with us or we were just another couple she was working with. I felt Vanessa really cared about helping us find our first home and making the experience an easy one. I will absolutely recommend Vanessa Taylor to anyone I know looking to buy or sell a home. When it comes time to sell our starter home and move onto something different Vanessa will absolutely be our first call.

Seller reviewDuring the selling process, Vanessa and Rebecca suggested a selling price that was close to our expectations, worked closely with us to get the place ready for listing (including help with contractors to make repairs), and composed an excellent narrative for the listing. They were so good, we received an offer over the asking price within 4 days of the property being listed. During the selling process they worked well with the buyers, negotiated a reasonable revised price based on the inspection, and helped find an electrician to make needed changes. Vanessa and Rebecca worked hard to reduce the stress that goes along with any house sale, and were always polite when responding to questions - even the stupid ones. Initially we chose Vanessa and Rebecca based on their excellent record and recommendations for this geographical area. We talked to several other realtors before choosing them, and we are so pleased with our choice. We would choose them again and recommend them to anyone.

Buyer reviewVanessa was great to work with through the whole process. We looked at a lot of homes together and she was patient and very consultative through the whole process. We looked at enough homes together, my kids learned her name. At the time homes were selling very quickly and Vanessa kept me up to speed on homes that were available and would potential he meet my expectations. For my next home I would use a Vanessa's services again because at no time did I feel pressured to make a decision there were scenarios where we knew the home might get an offer and she would explain based off of recent market activity if I should act or not and if I didn't she didn't push me too I trusted Vanessa and I wound up in the perfect home for my needs.

Buyer reviewVanessa Taylor was excellent and I would recommend her to anyone. She was very knowledgeable. As first time home buyers, we had many questions and an overall lack of knowledge on the process. Vanessa made us feel completely comfortable. My husband and I were moving from out of town and knew almost nothing about the Kenosha area. She listened to what we were looking for and continually sent us listings whenever anything new popped up. She also had many suggestions on places to eat and enjoy our time once we moved. Because we lived so far away, we were unable to hand sign many of the forms. Vanessa set it up so that we could easily electronically sign all of our documents without having to mail anything. Purchasing through the VA loan, she was very perceptive of the conditions of the houses we were interested in and knew what qualities the houses had to have in order to be acceptable for that financing option. As soon as we closed on our house, she was the first to welcome us to our new home and even hand wrote a card!

Vanessa was INCREDIBLE, she actually made us feel as though we were her only clients because of her response time. Her follow-up and attention to detail was amazing!
