Scheduling homes to look at was done very quickly and worked with my schedules any day of the week or time of day, morning, evening it was vey nice. We had no stress at all on closing the deal, which really surprised me being first time home buyer, I heard nightmares about buying a house. Buyer reviewWe could not have asked for a agent. We were in a unique situation having to buy a house without being able to see it physically. Our nerves were going crazy and Vanessa was amazing. She walked us through each property via face time and took her time to answer our questions on the areas and did research for us. We were very blessed to have a Vanessa as an agent! Not only did she help us find our dream house she checked in on our house for a month before we actually arrive to see the house for the first time.

Seller reviewDuring the selling process, Vanessa and Rebecca suggested a selling price that was close to our expectations, worked closely with us to get the place ready for listing (including help with contractors to make repairs), and composed an excellent narrative for the listing. They were so good, we received an offer over the asking price within 4 days of the property being listed. During the selling process they worked well with the buyers, negotiated a reasonable revised price based on the inspection, and helped find an electrician to make needed changes. Vanessa and Rebecca worked hard to reduce the stress that goes along with any house sale, and were always polite when responding to questions - even the stupid ones. Initially we chose Vanessa and Rebecca based on their excellent record and recommendations for this geographical area. We talked to several other realtors before choosing them, and we are so pleased with our choice. We would choose them again and recommend them to anyone.

Buyer reviewVanessa was great to work with through the whole process. We looked at a lot of homes together and she was patient and very consultative through the whole process. We looked at enough homes together, my kids learned her name. At the time homes were selling very quickly and Vanessa kept me up to speed on homes that were available and would potential he meet my expectations. For my next home I would use a Vanessa's services again because at no time did I feel pressured to make a decision there were scenarios where we knew the home might get an offer and she would explain based off of recent market activity if I should act or not and if I didn't she didn't push me too I trusted Vanessa and I wound up in the perfect home for my needs.
