Buyer reviewWe have been dealing with Vicky since the end of January, and she is the perfect real estate agent. She was always at appointments early and was very accommodating with our schedules. She was honest in her evaluations of properties and gave her valued opinions. She worked tirelessly to get to the closing of the property we chose. It happened to be a Fannie Mae property which was extremely difficult to deal with. She was always working to make sure this deal went through. I would recommend her to anyone! She responded to all communications immediately and I never had to wait for an answer as to what was going on with the sale. She was absolutely perfect.

Her excitement about the house made working with her very personal. Vickie was very personable. We worked together well. She would check in with me for questions and concerns every few days. She and her fellow sales agent, Julie, made what I had to do flow very smoothly.

Seller reviewOur grateful thanks go to Victoria Unger for her perseverance, expertise and knowledge throughout the long months of the recent sale of our home. Victoria provided use with a terrific Sales Plan, regional pricing, and much support as we placed our home on the market. Unfortunately, the market, assessment values and local sales undercut our initial hopes for a profitable sale. As the weeks dragged on, Victoria offered several options available to us and carefully explained each one. The result was selection of a 'Short Sale' team of Negotiator and attorney to assist in the actual process. Victoria assisted us in selecting a GREAT team, namely the ' Premier Realty Group'. A 'Short Sale offer' was eventually received and negotiations proceeded (patience was needed for the many months of back and forth offers and finance options) with Victoria keeping us informed and acting as the 'go between' for us. Final closing achieved 11 months after the initial sales listing. Thank you Victoria !!!
