Julie was my rock in this whole process. This was my first time buying a home and of all things, it was because of a messy breakup. Julie took both my emotional needs, my overall fear of buying a house, and my housing needs/ wants and genuinely worked to meet all of my expectations and then some. I would absolutely buy another house with her again and I absolutely think she earned her commission for all of the above and beyond extras she brought to the table (finding contractors, inspectors, managing their visits/ schedule, negotiations, level setting of expectations clearly, knowledge of the area.)
