Seller reviewWhen working with Tracey her professionalism definitely had an impact on our choosing her. She was always prepared and she had great knowledge of the market and our area. She always acted in our best interest throughout the entire process. Tracey was always available for questions, and her team went out of their way to support us. We were away on a vacation during the negotiations and Tracey and her team met with movers and kept us informed of what steps we needed to take. Tracey also helped us find our new home and she negotiated our rental. We really cannot say enough about the exceptional service Tracey and her team provided us. Tracey is an exceptional realtor, she listened to our concerns, and calmed us when we were nervous. She gave expert advise when staging our home and always made us feel like we were her only client. Tracey and her team provided services above and beyond the normal realtor. We would recommend Tracey and her team to our friends and family without hesitation. We never expected the sale of our home to go so smoothly and to be so supported throughout the process.
