Buyer reviewMy husband and I bought our condo while we are in two overseas locations - him in Seoul and myself in the Middle East. Tracey took into consideration the time differences in 3 locations(!) and made the whole process worked smoothly. With our family friend who viewed the various properties with Tracey on our behalf, Tracey knowledgeably pointed out the pros and cons of each place and she was never pushy to make a sale. She was patient and available for our questions and understood our needs and concerns before, during and after the closing. When we are shopping for our next property, we will definitely work with Tracey Barrett again.

Buyer reviewDoreen went out of her way to assist me in finding the right home - even though I was buying from overseas. As a first time buyer she was organized and walked me through the process every step of the way. She was accommodating of the time difference between me and northern Virginia and flexible about taking calls at odd times. She helped me resolve a tricky issues related to the new home's septic system and even went to the County office to resolve a permitting issue that should have been the other parties' responsibility. I can't say enough about her professionalism as well as her compassion for a nervous first timer! I would work with her again in a heartbeat. Christine Jones, the transaction coordinator, was also a fantastic and organized professional. She also made the experience easy and delightful.

Buyer reviewTracey's performance was outstanding; she went above and beyond for us. This shows in the results; our townhome sold faster than any of the comps during our timeframe. It also sold at a higher price. This is due to Tracey's expertise particularly with staging and photography. Tracey really understood our constraints as well; we have two small children, two dogs, and two demanding careers. There was not a lot of time to engage in extensive staging or home improvements. Tracey helped us prioritize what improvements sell against those that do not. As far as the purchase of our new home, we nearly got into a bidding war, but Tracey's constant communication with the seller's agent ultimately got us a fabulous home in a beautiful neighborhood we were not even considering. When we were touring homes, Tracey noticed patterns of our likes/dislikes better than we did sometimes. In the end, we could not have had a better realtor. I only wish I could buy and sell houses all the tIme so I can work with Tracey.

Seller reviewTracey was extremely knowledgeable and responsive throughout the process of selling our townhome and buying a detached home. She provided excellent advice on decluttering, staging, and showing our old home and expertly guided us through the complicated process of selling and buying a home simultaneously. She helped us sell our house in an environment of rising interest rates with multiple competing properties in our neighborhood. Our house sold faster than the comparable properties and for a higher price. We are completely satisfied with Tracey's performance and would recommend her to friends or use her again without hesitation.

Buyer reviewSharon is a spectacular agent. Once she knew what we were looking for, she was prompt to deliver. Her communication is quick and clear. She worked hard to help us close on time, which was much faster than average! All the services she suggested from inspection to title were beyond my expectations. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone shopping in No VA!
