Tim Haber made the decision making process easy. He helped us do what was best for us. Tim was always there for us and made sure we were in the loop. He would call me with questions and was open to to calls and questions as well. He always responded in a timely manner. From the time we started looking at houses to the time that we closed on our house Tim walked us through every step. The whole process was an enjoyable experience and I would do it all again using Tim Haber as my agent.

Mr. Haber only showed us homes that we were interested in. When it came to placing an offer he really went to the table for us. There were issues with our inspection and Mr. Haber went back and forth with the other agent many times for us. I would highly recommend Mr. Haber to my family and friends or anyone that would be in need of an agent. Buying a home in the current market in Fort Wayne was very challenging. Mr. Haber was very understanding of what we needed and wanted, he was very patient with us and even stepped in when we were having issues with our current home sale on our side. It was a very positive experience. I would highly recommend Mr. Haber!
