Seller reviewWe knew Joanna before she became a real estate agent and we knew she would be a great agent because she was smart, hard working and very personable. We were right! She is a great real esate agent. The property we needed to sale was due to a death in the family and she was very understanding of our wishes during a difficult time. She was very confident and started the process quickly. She knew all the right professionals we needed to take care of repairs, inspections and cleaning. She took care of things very efficiently. She was always thinking one step ahead so, eventhough selling a house is very complicated, she knew exactly what to do next. She is very kind and has a pleasant and positive attitude that made us feel lthat we were in very good hands, and that we could trust her to lead us through the process. I will certainly recommend her to friends.
