The follow-up with inspections by the potential buyer and with the buyers inspector and connecting with tenants seemed to go very smoothly. All this was positive. Since I was out of State during most of the time during the sale process, I would have liked a bit more hands on communication letting me know what was going on. Overall, a good experience
