Seller reviewI worked with Larry back in 2007 to sell a property. When I met with Larry I had already listed the property with another Agent. The first thing he asked when meeting with me was how was the price of the property determined. I said that I had suggested the price to the other Agent. Larry provided comps for the area and showed me the house was listed at approximately $13K above actual market value. He inquired as to my desires to selling the property (speed of sale, overall profit, etc.) I shared that I was looking to sell the property as quickly as possible at a fair price. I agreed to list with Larry and the property had a purchase agreement within 6 days. At that point in time it was a huge burden off me and my family and we would not have been able to sell as quickly had it not been for Larry's honesty. Larry exemplifies professionalism. He was very easy to work with through the process. He was always in communication and explained the entire process.

His recommendations (mortgage, inspector, etc.) were excellent and he was very knowledgeable throughout the entire home buying process answering all of our questions in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Jamie!
