Buyer reviewWe worked primarily with Larry's son, Jamie Steinbacher to find our new home and Jamie is outstanding in his knowledge of neighborhood info and in communicating all aspects of the transaction. He is honest and pulls no punches and I am glad he stood by us. Jamie was always eager to show us properties and provide accurate information and he responded very quickly to all of our needs. Seller reviewI would recommend Larry Steinbacher to anyone who is searching for an honest reliable real estate agent. Larry worked hard to ensure he understood my needs and desires with selling the home. Larry asked what I thought the home should list for and then provided me a number of comps in the area and described what the optimal sales price of the home was. Larry explained the benefits of listing the home at a competitive price given my desire to sell the home quickly. We had an offer fall through due to a contingency on the buyers home falling through. Larry had a 2nd offer lined up within 4 hours of the sale falling through. The 2nd offer ended up coming in higher than the first and we ended up selling the home for only $1k lower than listing price when the home had only been on the market for 3 weeks. Had it not been for Larry's hard work in identifying the appropriate sales price for the home, I'm positive we would not have sold nearly as quickly. I could not have asked for a better real estate agent.
