The Choporis Crispell Team has more than 30 years' experience in Real Estate in the local Tri-County area. The team consists of three full-time licensed agents: Carol Choporis, Cindy Crispell and Tina Henderson, who is their personal licensed assistant. They enjoy helping buyers and sellers in addition to investors, landlords and tenants. They believe the team approach is most beneficial to their clients and has proven it to work over the last 20 years. In addition to the three-member team, they associate with competent lenders, attorneys, home inspectors and contractors. Their knowledge and experience of the local market and local companies are a direct benefit to anyone working with them.

She thoroughly answered all my questions and gave me confidence that our plan would be successful. Seller reviewCindy initially helped me and my stepdad as we were looking for a home to purchase for him in my family's neighborhood. So when we were ready to then sell his previous home, our history with her left us no reason--actually, no desire--to look for any other broker. Cindy was fabulous to work with through this process. Due to my stepdad's many health issues, I was doing most of the decision-making for him. I was really not knowledgeable enough to be doing this on my own. Cindy's caring and enthusiasm for her clients, her knowledge and integrity in her work, all left me feeling like I was not alone in this process, and I felt complete confidence in letting her "do her thing" on our behalf. Cindy was especially helpful in arranging estimates and making appointments for repairs for me following the home inspection when she knew I was busy with my stepdad's medical appointments and treatments. Additionally, she and her C21 teammate,Tina, were amazing advocates for my elderly stepdad at the time of closing throughout multiple changes in date, location and settlement procedures because of the coronavirus pandemic. I feel as though Cindy went far above and beyond what was expected or required in how she helped us through this buying and selling journey. I highly recommend her and any of her team to others looking for a broker who will treat you in this process as friends and family, rather than as a client.
