The Choporis Crispell Team has more than 30 years' experience in Real Estate in the local Tri-County area. The team consists of three full-time licensed agents: Carol Choporis, Cindy Crispell and Tina Henderson, who is their personal licensed assistant. They enjoy helping buyers and sellers in addition to investors, landlords and tenants. They believe the team approach is most beneficial to their clients and has proven it to work over the last 20 years. In addition to the three-member team, they associate with competent lenders, attorneys, home inspectors and contractors. Her warm and engaging personality immediately put us at ease and provided us with confidence that we had chosen the best agent possible. Prior to placing our house on the market, she met with us and provided recommendations as to how to prepare for showing. Her advice proved invaluable in that we had an offer and sold our house in 48 hours. She expertly guided us through the inspections and through closing. We were moving from Carroll County to St. Mary's County and as a long time realtor she was very familiar with the areas we were interested in. She was able to accommodate us on short term notice to show us homes. I wanted someone that would price my house correct and someone with high credentials, Carol had all of this. Her sales record speaks speaks for itself. The sale was smooth and flawless. Carol and Tina handled everything quickly, always answering all my questions. The team operates very smooth, with Tina handling administrative details. I did not live in the area, so Carol and Tina handled maintenance requirements, repairs etc. I believe what I liked about Carol was her honesty with everything and taking care of all the questions and repairs with the sale, never leaving you with no answer. That is Excellent Customer Satisfaction. Tina is right there with Carol a true professional in handling the paperwork. A great team to sell the house. I wanted the best and I received the best.
