Roslyn Gauntt is the BOMB! She knows how to market a home, negotiate with potential buyers and helps ease all the stress of selling a home as a single individual. She spent many nights talking me through all the stressful situations. I knew I only wanted to use Roslyn from her previous success with me. Roslyn took lots of time to go over the listing and marketing of my home. She helped with picture arrangements, and the closing based on my current situation. Her experience was so valuable to help ease my stress. In the end, her humor and spirit helped make it an experience I would do all over again.

Michelle Sherman did such a wonderful job helping my family find a new home, I don't believe we could have found such a perfect fit without her. Michelle was extremely understanding of our timeline, what we were looking for in a home, and our price point. Michelle was professional throughout the entire process and extremely helpful in the areas of research that my family was not as familiar with. I really can't overstate how great it was working with her, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great experience.

Michelle Sherman was great to work with. She is very professional, friendly, and hard working. She knows the area well. Michelle asked a lot of questions and found homes that fit my needs.
