Seller reviewHands down, Val Hooton is awesome! We found her after visiting multiple open houses and visiting with her at a couple she hosted. She was our agent for the purchase of the home over 5 years ago, so she earned the right to be our selling agent. Val exceeded all expectations. When listing the home, Val made valid arguments to what she wanted in showing and listing the property, which influenced our decisions. It allowed us to collaborate around Val's strengths and market knowledge. Made it easy for us. We moved states; otherwise, we'd still keep working with Val. My only caution: Everyone spells he last name wrong. It is Val Hooton, with several "O"'s. You can remember it by knowing she is "O"-so-great.
