I had already contacted two other brokers and one was dilatory and the other simply never got back. As soon as I connected with Val it was immediate, quick and easy. Like an old friend or family, we picked up right where we left off. This being our 1st ever home purchase, Val made the process so smooth and easy to understand. Felt she was in our corner every step of the way. Communication was key and that is Val. Always responsive; always in your corner. If she doesn't have the answer, she will get it for you. Having grown up on the far north side of Indianapolis ( in the Meridian Hills/Williams Creek area), and graduated from NCHS, I had known Val's family "way back when". As my husband and I have been married for over 35 years, and with our 3 children, have lived all over the Midwest and East Coast, we finally have happily been afforded an opportunity to "return home"......and watch our son play basketball for Butler Univ.!! With the realization that this move was coming to fruition, we did connect with another realtor… but quickly realized it was not going to be a good fit. She was able to tap into what our thoughts were regarding different properties, what we were looking for, etc..... and through this process, as it did stretch out over time as we had to sell our home at the coast (Wilmington, NC) also, Val was always ready and prepared when I flew into town to do some looking! Val is the person that everyone wishes for and wants to have as an agent (and friend!!!), and that every Real Estate Agency/brokerage/company/office wants to have working for them!!! Val is a "12" on a 1-10 scale!!! Fabulous!! Val is the Best ( speaking from a great deal of experience as we have moved 10-12 times over the years!!)

I swear by Val and will be using her for all future Indianapolis transactions. It is not often that I meet service professionals who exceed my high expectations and manage to stay ahead of me on project planning. She did that.
