Seller reviewI would highly recommend Val Hooton. When I called her to interview her, she immediately had great suggestions for selling our home and added value because she was so familiar with the area and current market. Val was very organized, prepared us for each step along the way, and answered all of our questions. We were in constant contact with her from the beginning. She kept us in the loop after each showing and walked us through each offer and inspection report. We really appreciated her expertise throughout the entire process. Val eliminated all the stress that comes with selling a home. There is a reason Val Hooton is a top agent.
