I can’t imagine there’s a better agent on Earth than Barrett. We first met him while casually exploring a move from San Diego to Florida, just walked in the office he works at—no pre-approval, probably not looking like serious buyers. Still, he treated us like top-priority clients from day one and always took us at our word. For 2 years, before we were even approved, Barrett stayed committed and worked hard for us the entire time. Within 2 weeks of approval, we bought a home that lined up with the intentions we had been projecting all along—proving we were serious all along.
