I was very pleased that my condo sold in just a few days and it sold for way above the price I originally had in mind. The experience working with Joe Bleckley was great. I have a pretty busy work schedule and he took care of everything from staging the house, arranging the photo shoot and talking to all the interested buyers. The buyer had a few last minute requests which at first made me nervous but Joe explained everything to me and then took care of the requests with the other agent. All I had to do was show up at the closing and then take my check to the bank. Thanks Joe!

From start to finish, Joe Bleckley's knowledge and experience was invaluable to my home buying process. He was able to advise me on every aspect of the search, offer, contract, and closing process (which is critical for a first-timer like myself), as well as trends in the local markets, the financing process, and potential home improvement considerations as we looked at properties. He spent a considerable amount of time being very patient with me as I learned and got comfortable with the process and my purchase, and he went to bat for me time and again with the seller as we moved toward closing.
