Team Oltman

Ryan grew up in Augusta, GA. Upon graduating high school, he joined the Coast Guard, where he supervised a boat crew performing Search & Rescue, and Law Enforcement. While stationed in Elizabeth City, NC Ryan met his wife, Michelle. After his service, he became a law enforcement officer in Augusta and obtained his real estate license, investing in residential homes. The birth of their first child resulted in a move to Coeur d’Alene, where he continued to sell real estate. During the downturn, Ryan became an investigator for the WA Department of Revenue, which moved his family to Spokane. He has continued his real estate career with Century21 in Spokane. Michelle grew up in Northern CA where she attained her A.A. She then enlisted in the Coast Guard where she was trained as an Aviation Maintenance Technician. During her service, she met her husband, Ryan. This development caused her to choose between a career in the service or being a wife & mother. She happily chose the latter,...
