Having Blanca Baez as my realtor was one of the best decisions I could have made. I've heard of her going above and beyond for her customers but I feel like that was an understatement. She very knowledgeable, quick to respond and when I had questions she was always available to answer them. As a first time buyer we don't know all the right questions to ask or look for and she taught me and walked me through the process. She explained things in a form that I could understand. If I had questions on the loan numbers she was always available to jump on a meeting with the lendor to review the loan documents before signing. She prepared me for the next steps when it came to the buying process from beginning to end. What documents to expect and documents to submit. She was very kind, friendly, and most importantly very flexible and reliable. She was definitely a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be recommending her and the company for any home buying or selling services....
