Our property had a tenant occupying the house when we first contacted Fadi about putting our home on the market. Because we are currently out of state, we needed someone to help us transition the current tenants out before listing the property. He not only volunteered to be our point of contact for the move-out transition, but put all the pieces in place to help make repairs and set up appointments with various contractors. He went above and beyond to help us get our house sold...especially during the holidays.
